Do I need to prepare anything?
No. A list of the systems you run helps. Bring a CRM login if you want to see it on your own data.
Who should join?
Whoever owns the problem: the owner, the COO or CRO, or the person who builds the reports today. Bring anyone who should see it.
Will you look at my real data?
Only if you want us to and only to read it. Nothing is changed or sent without your approval.
Which systems does it connect to?
Your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Attio, Go High Level, and all other major CRMs), Gmail or Outlook, your accounting system, and your data warehouse. Custom connectors take about two weeks.
Do we have to replace our systems?
No. Go Fig connects to the systems you already run and pulls their data into one place you own. Nothing gets ripped out.
What happens after the call?
You know what we would build and when the first agent would go live, inside 30 days of the start. If you set up the sales admin on the call, your brief is waiting the next morning.
What does it cost?
Our Data and AI services are a fixed fee to build, then a platform subscription to run it, scoped on the call. For the sales admin alone, Starter is from $149 a month. Team and Enterprise are quoted on the same call.
