Fireflies records the call and emails you a recap. The admin tax is everything after that email lands. With Gmail or Outlook connected, Go Fig picks up the recap, matches it to the meeting on your calendar, and starts your meeting skills. The follow-up email, the CRM note, and the next step are drafted from what was said and wait for your OK. There is no Fireflies key to set up, and Go Fig never starts or stops a recording.
The deal record catches up
What the client agreed to becomes the note on the right contact or deal. Nothing lands in the CRM until you approve it.

Connect Gmail or Outlook
Fireflies' recap arrives by email, so Go Fig needs the inbox it lands in. Sign in with your Google or Microsoft account. Go Fig never asks for a Fireflies password or key.
Get the recap in your inbox
Make sure Fireflies emails you a recap after each recorded call and that it reaches the inbox you connected. If it stopped arriving, check the email settings in your Fireflies account.
Turn on a meeting skill
Pick a meeting skill, like the follow-up after a call, and choose Fireflies as the recorder. Go Fig fills in Fireflies' sending address for you.
Narrow it if you need to
Go Fig treats mail from Fireflies as a meeting recap. If Fireflies also emails you other things, add a word from the recap's subject line to the skill and only those emails start it.

Do we need to connect Fireflies itself?
No. There is no Fireflies key and nothing for a Fireflies admin to set up. Go Fig works from the recap email Fireflies already sends to your connected inbox.
