The follow-up is drafted when the summary lands
Otter's summary arrives and Go Fig drafts the follow-up email from it, in your voice. You edit it, approve it, and it sends from your own address.
Go Fig reads the meeting summary Otter emails you, so the follow-up and the CRM note are drafted before you get back to your desk.
Otter records the call and emails you a meeting summary. The admin tax is everything after that email lands. With Gmail or Outlook connected, Go Fig picks up the summary, matches it to the meeting on your calendar, and starts your meeting skills. The follow-up email, the CRM note, and the next step are drafted from what was said and wait for your OK. There is no Otter key to set up, and Go Fig never starts or stops a recording.

What was agreed on the call becomes the note on the right contact or deal. Nothing lands in the CRM until you approve it.
The next steps you said out loud become tasks and reminders, so the thing you promised on Tuesday is still in front of you on Friday.
Otter's summary arrives by email, so Go Fig needs the inbox it lands in. Sign in with your Google or Microsoft account. Go Fig never asks for an Otter password or key.
Otter sends a "Meeting Summary" email from [email protected] after each recorded call. Make sure it reaches the inbox you connected. If it stopped arriving, check the email settings in your Otter account.
Pick a meeting skill, like the follow-up after a call, and choose Otter as the recorder. Go Fig fills in Otter's sending address and subject line for you.
After your next Otter call, open your Feed. The follow-up and the CRM note should be waiting, drafted from the summary.
No. There is no Otter key and nothing for an Otter admin to set up. Go Fig works from the summary email Otter already sends to your connected inbox.
No. Go Fig never signs in to Otter and never starts, stops, or deletes a recording. Otter keeps recording the way it does today.
Only the meeting summary starts a skill. Otter's reminders and its "Unable to record" notices are ignored.
Go Fig still treats the summary as a meeting, with you and the people the summary was sent to. It looks for the contact in your CRM by name before it drafts anything.
Not unless your team chooses that. Every email, CRM note, and task starts out waiting for your OK in your Feed. Later you can let the actions you trust run on their own.
A solutions engineer connects it with you on the call. Then you see Go Fig work on your own data.
