A proposal drafted from the deal
Go Fig fills in the proposal from your notes, the latest email thread, and the CRM record, and shows the words each value came from. Anything nobody said is left blank for you.
Send the proposal Go Fig drafted for signature from your own SignWell account after your OK, and see when the client views and signs it.
Getting the proposal out the door is admin work that stalls deals. Go Fig drafts the proposal from your notes, the email thread, and the CRM record, and you check it before the PDF is made. Approve the send and the signature request goes out from your own SignWell account with your note to the signer. SignWell tells Go Fig when the client views, signs, or declines, so you know where the agreement stands without checking. Nothing is sent until you approve it.

Approve the send and the PDF goes to the signer from your SignWell account, with your note on top. No downloading, attaching, or retyping the client's email.
The status on the card moves from sent to viewed to signed as the client works through it, so you follow up on the stalled ones instead of all of them.
In SignWell, open Settings, then API, and create a key. Use your company's own account, because agreements go out from it, signed copies are kept in it, and documents count against its plan.
An admin adds SignWell from the Data page (+ New, then SignWell) and pastes the key. Go Fig checks it with SignWell first, and a key SignWell refuses is never saved.
Pick the skill that drafts a proposal and sends it for signature. The proposal waits for you to check it, and the send waits for your OK.
Approve the first proposal on a live deal and watch its card move from sent to viewed to signed as the client opens and signs it.
Yours. The client sees your company as the sender, the signed copy is kept in your SignWell library, and the document counts against your SignWell plan.
No. You check the proposal before the PDF is made, and the signature request waits for your OK before it goes out.
No. Every value in the proposal comes with the exact words from your notes, the email, or the CRM that it came from. Anything nobody stated is left blank and named on the card for you to fill in.
One per company. Connecting again with a new key replaces the old one, and disconnecting removes the webhook Go Fig added.
DocuSign does not connect to Go Fig today. If your inbox is connected, DocuSign's completion email can still start a skill, like the onboarding kickoff after a signed agreement.
A solutions engineer connects it with you on the call. Then you see Go Fig work on your own data.
