Keep every pursuit moving while your principals do the work

Go Fig connects the CRM, inbox, calendar, and call notes beside your project ERP into one private intelligence layer. Then AI agents answer email, follow up after client meetings, and brief you before every pursuit, with a person approving every email before it goes out.

Your project ERP runs the work, and selling still runs through your principals

New work still rides on your principals' relationships. The email, the follow-up, and the proposals land on the few people who also do the work.

Not enough people to take the work

You can't hire engineers and project managers fast enough for the work you're offered. Every hour they spend on email and admin is an hour they don't bill.

Go Fig sorts the inbox every hour, drafts the replies that need one, and starts each day with a short brief on what needs you. After a client meeting it drafts the follow-up. You approve and it's done.

Inbox cleanup Email follow-up Daily brief Meeting follow-up

Go Fig gives admin hours back to the people you have. It doesn't hire or staff anyone, and utilization and resourcing stay in your project ERP.

See it work

Proposals and pursuits eat senior time

Your principals write proposals and prepare for pursuit meetings on top of billable work. A pursuit you lose costs the same senior hours as one you win.

Before each client meeting, Go Fig writes a short brief from your CRM and email. When a client asks for a proposal by email, it drafts one from their own words and sends it for signature once you approve. Proposals that sit unsigned get a polite follow-up.

Meeting prep Proposal build and send Proposal follow-up

Go Fig doesn't price the work or write your technical approach. It doesn't answer public RFQs or assemble SF330s, resumes, and project sheets.

See it work

Seller-doers can't keep the CRM and follow-up current

The engineers and architects who win the work also do it. Logging calls and contacts loses to the deadline, so pursuits go quiet and past clients drift.

After every client call, Go Fig drafts the note, the new contacts, the tasks, the follow-up email, and the next invite. Each morning it finds pursuits that went quiet and drafts a check-in for past clients nobody has been in touch with lately. When a lead writes back, it keeps their status current.

Meeting follow-up Email follow-up Pipeline check-up Keep in touch

Your pursuits need to live in HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Attio, or Go High Level. Where your CRM is the module inside your project ERP, the agents have nothing to work on yet.

Added scope and the firm's numbers, handled too

When a client on a live project asks for more, the proposal is drafted from their words and waits for your OK. Dashboards and Celeste show pursuits and revenue side by side.

Added scope written up and sent for signature

When a client on a live project asks for more work by email, Go Fig drafts the proposal from their own words and sends it for signature once you approve. If it sits unsigned, Go Fig drafts a polite follow-up.

Proposal build and send Proposal follow-up

Go Fig doesn't price the added work or change the project budget. Phases, hours, and progress billing stay in your project ERP.

Pursuits, won work, and revenue in one view

Dashboards and Celeste, Go Fig's AI analyst, read your CRM and QuickBooks or Zoho Books together. Ask which clients brought in the most revenue this year, and the answer shows where each number came from.

Projects, hours, utilization, and progress billing stay in your project ERP, which Go Fig doesn't connect to, so the dashboards leave them out.

Works in the systems beside your project ERP

Go Fig reads and writes where your seller-doers already work. Your project ERP keeps running projects, hours, and billing.

We've seen the funnel stop leaking deals, and that meant more wins and a higher close rate.

Your CRM, inbox, calendar, and call notes connect beside your project ERP, which stays as it is.

Questions firm leaders ask first

Does Go Fig connect to Deltek Vantagepoint, Ajera, BQE CORE, Unanet, or Monograph?

No. Go Fig works in the CRM, inbox, calendar, and call notes beside your project ERP. Projects, timesheets, utilization, and billing stay where they are.

What do the agents need to run?

A CRM and a mailbox: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Attio, or Go High Level, plus Outlook or Gmail. If your pursuits live only in the CRM module of your project ERP, the pipeline agents have nothing to work on until they move to one of those.

Will Go Fig write our proposals?

When a client asks for a proposal by email, Go Fig drafts one from their own words and sends it for signature once you approve. It doesn't price the work, write your technical approach, or answer public RFQs and SF330s. Those stay with your principals and your marketing team.

Does it work with Microsoft Teams?

Go Fig doesn't connect to Microsoft Teams. Call notes reach it from Fathom or from an Otter, Fireflies, or Read AI recap email in your inbox, and email and calendar come from Outlook or Gmail.

Who approves what the agents do?

Your team. Every draft, update, and invite waits in the Go Fig Feed or in Slack for a person to approve it, edit it, or skip it. Only internal record updates, like CRM fields, notes, and tasks, can be set to run on their own, and you can take that back anytime. Emails, invites, and anything else that leaves the building always wait for a person.

Will it pass our security review?

The hosted service is SOC 2 Type II audited, and your data is never used to train AI models. Our trust center and Data Processing Agreement are ready for your review. Go Fig doesn't offer SAML single sign-on or SCIM today, so tell us early if your review requires them.

How is Go Fig priced?

As a subscription on a two- or three-year term, plus a one-time implementation fee. A solutions engineer scopes both with you on a briefing, once we know your team and your systems.
