Keep every lead and client moving while you run the firm

Go Fig connects the CRM, inbox, calendar, and meeting notes beside your ATS or HR platform into one private intelligence layer. Then AI agents answer leads, send proposals, and check in with past clients, with a person approving every email before it goes out.

Your ATS or HR platform runs delivery, and new business still runs through you

Candidates, payroll, and benefits each have a system. The leads, the proposals, and the past clients usually have you and an inbox.

Finding clients ready to hire

New clients decide whether the firm grows, and finding them is the hardest part of the job. Meanwhile past clients who would hire again go quiet because nobody had time to call.

Each morning Go Fig drafts a check-in for every past client and partner nobody has talked to in a while, picking up where the last conversation left off. It briefs you before each client meeting, drafts the follow-up after it, and nudges every open deal that went quiet.

Keep in touch Meeting prep Meeting follow-up Pipeline check-up

Go Fig doesn't find new clients. It works the past clients, partners, and open deals already in your CRM, so none of them go quiet while you're busy.

See it work

The owner is the funnel

Every lead runs through you, from the first call to the kickoff. Proposals wait on you, unsigned agreements wait on you, and so does the next client.

Go Fig answers the emails that need a reply. When a client asks for a proposal, it drafts one from their own words and sends it for signature once you approve. It chases the proposals that sit unsigned, hands each signed client to your onboarding team with a kickoff, and starts your day with a brief of what's waiting on you.

Email follow-up Proposal build and send Proposal follow-up Won-deal kickoff Daily brief

Proposals go out for signature through SignWell, not Adobe Sign. Microsoft Teams has no connector, so Go Fig learns what was said on a Teams call from your notetaker's recap.

See it work

Leads get stuck between the form, the inbox, and the CRM

A lead fills in the website form, the email lands in a busy inbox, and nobody puts it in the CRM. You never find out how many went to someone else.

Every hour Go Fig sorts the new mail, clears out the noise once you approve, and leaves the people waiting on you in your inbox. A lead who writes in gets a reply drafted in your voice, a contact and a deal in your CRM, and the meeting they asked for. Lead status and qualification stay current from what each lead wrote.

Inbox cleanup Email follow-up

A form that emails your inbox is read like any other email. A form that only saves entries on your website has no connector, so those entries still need someone to check them.

Pick what wakes the agent and watch it work. Then approve the card, edit it, or skip it. Anything that leaves the building waits for a person.

The onboarding handoff and the inbox, handled too

A signed client reaches your onboarding team with everything that was promised. The inbox is sorted every hour, and every reply waits for your OK.

Every signed client handed to onboarding

When a client signs or a deal closes won, Go Fig drafts the handoff to your onboarding team with what was sold, what was promised, and who the client's contacts are. It drafts the client's welcome or kickoff invite, plus a reminder to check the kickoff gets booked.

Won-deal kickoff

Go Fig hands the client over. It doesn't pre-fill payroll workbooks, check client documents, or set the client up in your HR or payroll platform.

An inbox that sorts itself every hour

Inbox cleanup sorts new mail every hour and offers to clear the noise, and the emails that need a person stay put. Email follow-up drafts the reply and logs the note, the tasks, and new contacts to your CRM, so the record holds the conversation without anyone typing it in.

Inbox cleanup Email follow-up

It reads your connected Outlook or Gmail inbox only. Messages that stay inside your ATS, your HR platform, or a website form never reach it.

See the agents for every function

Works in the systems beside your ATS or HR platform

Go Fig reads and writes where your sales work already happens. Your ATS or HR platform keeps running delivery.

Proposals and your books

Proposals go out for signature through SignWell. When a placement or setup fee is won, Go Fig can draft its invoice in QuickBooks or Zoho Books for your OK. Weekly temp billing stays in your staffing system.

SignWell QuickBooks Zoho Books

Your ATS or HR platform

Candidates, jobs, timesheets, payroll, and benefits stay in Bullhorn, PrismHR, or whatever platform you run. Go Fig doesn't connect to them and leaves them alone.

What we can show you today

Vertech is a Go Fig customer.

We've seen the funnel stop leaking deals, and that meant more wins and a higher close rate.

From first call to agents at work

Map

A solutions engineer maps your systems, how your team sells, and which agents should go first.

Connect

Your CRM, inbox, calendar, and meeting notes connect beside your ATS or HR platform, which stays as it is.

Deploy

The first agents go live with every action waiting for a person to approve it.

Grow

CRM updates, notes, and tasks you trust run on their own, emails still wait for a person, and new agents go where the work is.

Questions HR, staffing, and PEO owners ask first

Does Go Fig connect to Bullhorn or PrismHR?

No. Go Fig doesn't connect to Bullhorn, Avionté, PrismHR, or other ATS and HR platforms. It works in the CRM, inbox, calendar, and meeting notes beside them, and candidates, payroll, and benefits stay where they are.

What do the agents need to run?

A CRM and a mailbox: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Attio, or Go High Level, plus Gmail or Outlook. If your clients and deals live only in your ATS, the agents have nothing to work on until they're in a CRM Go Fig connects to.

Will Go Fig find us new clients?

No. Go Fig works the past clients, partners, leads, and open deals you already have, so none of them go quiet while you're busy. Finding new prospects is a marketing job, and we're glad to point you to a partner who does it.

Who approves what the agents do?

Your team. Every draft, update, and invite waits in the Go Fig Feed or in Slack for a person to approve it, edit it, or skip it. Only internal record updates, like CRM fields, notes, and tasks, can be set to run on their own, and you can take that back anytime. Emails, invites, and anything else that leaves the building always wait for a person.

Does it work with calls on Microsoft Teams?

Teams has no connector, and neither do Read AI, Otter, or Fireflies. If one of them records your Teams calls, it emails you a recap, and when that email lands in your connected Outlook or Gmail inbox, the follow-up agent works from it.

Will it pass our security review?

The hosted service is SOC 2 Type II audited, and your data is never used to train AI models. Go Fig reads only the systems you connect, and it has no connector to your payroll or HR platform. Our trust center and Data Processing Agreement are ready for your review.

How is Go Fig priced?

As a subscription on a two- or three-year term, plus a one-time implementation fee. A solutions engineer scopes both with you on a briefing, once we know your team and your systems.
