Keep every proposal, buyer deadline, and deal moving

Go Fig connects the CRM, inbox, calendar, and call notes beside your ERP into one private intelligence layer. Then AI agents draft proposals, catch the deadlines buried in email, and keep the CRM current, with a person approving every email before it goes out.

Your ERP runs the plant, and sales still runs on a few busy people

Proposals, buyer deadlines, and account history pile up on the same few sellers. And the CRM that should catch what slips falls behind.

Quotes and proposals pile up on one seller

Buyers want the proposal back fast, and every one waits on the same one or two people who know the account and the scope.

When a buyer asks for a proposal by email or on a recorded call, Go Fig drafts it from their own words and sends it for signature through SignWell once you approve it. It briefs the seller before each buyer meeting and follows up on every proposal that sits unsigned.

Proposal build and send Proposal follow-up Meeting prep

Go Fig never estimates a price or builds a quote. The estimate from the drawings stays with your estimator, and anything the buyer didn't write is left blank.

See it work

Deadlines and buyer commitments slip through email

A due date, a request for documents, or a promise your team made sits in a busy inbox. Miss one and the order can go to someone else.

Every hour Go Fig sorts new mail and hands each email that needs a person to the agent that drafts the reply. Each thing a buyer asks your team to do becomes a task, dated when the email gives a date. Each morning the daily brief puts what's due first, and accounts that went quiet get a check-in.

Inbox cleanup Email follow-up Daily brief Keep in touch

Go Fig catches what arrives by email. A deadline posted only in a customer's supplier portal or a retailer's calendar stays outside it.

See it work

The CRM goes stale within weeks

After every call and email someone has to type the notes, the next step, and the new date into the CRM. It falls behind, sellers keep their own lists, and nobody trusts the pipeline report.

After each recorded call, Go Fig drafts the note, the new contacts, a task for each promise, and the follow-up email. When a buyer's email changes a date or an order, it drafts the update to the deal and keeps each lead's status current from what they wrote. Each morning it checks every open deal, and for each one that went quiet it stages the one action that moves it.

Meeting follow-up Email follow-up Pipeline check-up

Your deals need to live in HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Attio, or Go High Level. Go Fig doesn't connect to Dynamics 365 Sales or Microsoft Teams, so call notes come from Fathom or an Otter, Fireflies, or Read AI recap email in your inbox.

Proposals drafted from the buyer's own words

When a buyer asks for a proposal, the agent drafts it from what they wrote and leaves the price to you. When one sits unsigned, it drafts the follow-up.

Your reports and your inbox, handled too

Where your ERP data lands in a warehouse, dashboards and Celeste read it beside your CRM. The inbox is sorted every hour, and every reply waits for your OK.

Reports from the warehouse your ERP already fills

Where your ERP data already lands in a data warehouse Go Fig connects to, dashboards and Celeste, Go Fig's AI analyst, read it beside your CRM. Revenue by customer and month becomes a live dashboard or a plain-English question instead of a spreadsheet rebuilt from exports.

Go Fig doesn't connect to your ERP or change anything in it. Data that never reaches a warehouse stays in your ERP reports and spreadsheets.

An inbox that sorts itself every hour

Inbox cleanup sorts new mail every hour and offers to archive the noise, label a sender's future mail, or unsubscribe. What needs a person goes to Email follow-up, which drafts the reply and logs the note and the tasks to your CRM.

Questions manufacturing leaders ask first

Does Go Fig connect to our ERP?

Not today. Quotes, orders, production, and invoicing stay in your ERP, and Go Fig works in the CRM, inbox, calendar, and call notes beside it. If your ERP data already lands in a data warehouse, Celeste, Go Fig's AI analyst, can answer questions about it.

Does Go Fig build quotes or estimate prices?

No. Your estimators still price the work, and quotes stay in the tool you build them in. Go Fig drafts the proposal from the buyer's own words, leaves blank anything they didn't write, sends it for signature once you approve it, and follows up until it's signed.

Does it work with Microsoft Teams or Dynamics 365?

Go Fig doesn't connect to Microsoft Teams or Dynamics 365 Sales. Outlook mail and calendar work today, call notes come from Fathom or an Otter, Fireflies, or Read AI recap email in your inbox, and deals need to live in HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Attio, or Go High Level.

Who approves what the agents do?

Your team. Every draft, update, and invite waits in the Go Fig Feed or in Slack for a person to approve it, edit it, or skip it. Only internal record updates, like CRM fields, notes, and tasks, can be set to run on their own, and you can take that back anytime. Emails, invites, and anything else that leaves the building always wait for a person.

Will it pass our IT and security review?

The hosted service is SOC 2 Type II audited, and your data is never used to train AI models. Our trust center and Data Processing Agreement are ready for your IT team. Go Fig doesn't offer SAML single sign-on or hold a CMMC certification, so tell us early if your review requires either.

Does Go Fig replace a sales hire?

No. It drafts the follow-up, the CRM updates, and the proposal paperwork for the sellers you have, and they approve each one. The relationships, the estimates, and the close stay with your people.

How is Go Fig priced?

As a subscription on a two- or three-year term, plus a one-time implementation fee. A solutions engineer scopes both with you on a briefing, once we know your team and your systems.
