For IT MSPs
The sales admin for account executives at IT MSPs
Go Fig is the sales admin for account executives at IT managed service providers (MSPs). It helps an AE stay on top of their pipeline and move deals forward in HubSpot or Salesforce, and it does not replace the PSA. Its agents log calls, keep deals current, and draft follow-ups that wait for your approval.
At a glance
For the account executive
What does an AI sales assistant do for an MSP account executive?
An MSP account executive's week is rarely one kind of deal. There is a QBR (quarterly business review) to prep, a managed services renewal coming due, and a project upsell waiting on a next step. Then a discovery call with a new prospect lands in the middle of it.
Every one of those leaves admin behind. Notes to log, a stage to move, a close date to fix, and a follow-up to write while the call is still fresh.
That admin is the first thing to slip in a busy week. The CRM drifts out of date, follow-ups go out late, and deals stall for reasons that have nothing to do with the client.
Go Fig takes that admin off the AE's plate. It does the work instead of suggesting it. It logs, drafts, and updates, and you approve what goes out.

Choosing a tool
What is the best sales admin software for an MSP?
The best one works where your AEs already sell. Many sales tools built for MSPs start from quoting and the PSA. Go Fig starts from HubSpot or Salesforce and the inbox.
Five things to look for
It works in the CRM you already have
Your team should not move its pipeline to get help with it. Go Fig works on the deals already in HubSpot or Salesforce.
It reads more than CRM fields
What really happened on a deal is in the inbox, on the calendar, and on the call. Go Fig reads those too.
It asks before it acts
A tool that emails your clients on its own puts the relationship at risk. Every Go Fig action starts out waiting for your OK.
It leaves your PSA alone
Tickets, agreements, and billing already live in your PSA (professional services automation) tool. Sales admin software should work the pipeline, not run service delivery.
It passes your security review
Your clients trust you with their systems. Go Fig is SOC 2 Type II audited and never uses your data to train AI.

How an agent works
How do you automate CRM updates and follow-ups for an MSP sales team?
With an agent that works your CRM and inbox for you. Every agent has skills, triggers, and actions. Together they decide what it does, when it starts, and what needs your OK.
The tasks it knows how to do
Read your pipeline, draft outreach in your voice, and update a deal. Ready-made skills include Email to CRM, Meeting notes to CRM, and Daily brief. Team adds skills built around how your team sells.
When it starts work
On a schedule like 7 AM every weekday. When a new email arrives. Or when a deal stops moving.
What it does
Logs the note, updates the deal, or drafts the reply. Everything starts out waiting for your OK, and you pick which tasks run on their own.
Here is one example. A client replies to your renewal email. The Email to CRM skill finds or creates that contact in your CRM and stages a follow-up task for your OK.
Another runs on a schedule. At 7 AM the Daily brief skill reads your pipeline and inbox and hands you the list of who is waiting on you.
Nothing in either example changes your CRM or reaches a client until you approve it.
Calls and deal stages
Can Go Fig log sales calls and update deal stages automatically?
Yes, and each change waits for your OK until you let it run on its own. After a call, Go Fig drafts the note, the next step, and the deal update, including the stage and the amount. You approve it and it lands on the right record.
It works from what is already on the record. In HubSpot that means the calls, emails, meetings, notes, and tasks logged against each deal. In Salesforce it reads the tasks and meetings on each account and opportunity.
If your team records calls in Fathom or takes them on Dialpad, Go Fig reads the transcript and drafts the CRM note from it. It only reads from both. It never starts a recording or places a call.
Once you trust it, let logging a note run on its own and keep stage changes waiting for your OK. You choose, one action at a time.
Follow-up emails
Can software draft follow-up emails automatically after an MSP sales call?
Yes. After a discovery call or a QBR, Go Fig drafts the follow-up from what was said and what was promised. It is written in your voice with the deal history in it.
The draft waits in your Feed, the list of drafts waiting for your OK. Approve it, edit it, or skip it from the Feed, Slack, or email.
Approved replies go out from your own Gmail or Outlook, not from a shared mailbox. The client hears from you.
It also catches the follow-up nobody sent. When a deal goes quiet, Go Fig spots it and drafts the check-in before it slips.
HubSpot or Salesforce
How does Go Fig work in HubSpot or Salesforce?
You sign in with your own CRM account and pick what Go Fig can see. A solutions engineer connects it with you on the demo.
HubSpot

Every change Go Fig wants to make in your CRM waits in your Feed until you approve it. Your team can let a specific action run on its own once you trust it.

CRM hygiene
How do you keep HubSpot CRM data clean for an MSP sales team?
Clean data starts with getting it in. When notes, stages, and next steps are written after every call, the CRM stays current without a cleanup Friday.
Then something has to catch what still slips. Every night Go Fig looks for deals with no next step, close dates that already passed, and missing amounts. It flags or fixes them while they are still easy to fix.
At an MSP, watch renewals and project deals most closely. A renewal whose close date already passed, or a project with no amount, throws off the forecast.
Your custom properties come through too. Ask Celeste, Go Fig's AI analyst, for "my renewal deals closing this quarter" and see the answer with the HubSpot records it came from.
In Salesforce, if your team tracks renewals or projects in custom objects, your solutions engineer adds the ones that matter.
Your PSA stays your PSA
Does Go Fig replace your PSA?
No. Go Fig does not replace your PSA, the professional services automation system your service team runs on. ConnectWise, Autotask, and HaloPSA run tickets, agreements, and billing, and that work stays exactly where it is.
Go Fig works the sales pipeline in HubSpot or Salesforce beside it. The PSA runs service delivery. The CRM holds the deals and Go Fig keeps that side current.
There is no PSA connector today. Go Fig does not read from or write to ConnectWise, Autotask, or HaloPSA, so it will not sync tickets, agreements, or billing.
It does not build quotes either. Quoting stays in your quoting tool or your PSA. On the Team plan, Go Fig can draft proposals and statements of work from email, the CRM, or a PDF.
| The work | Where it lives | Go Fig's part |
|---|---|---|
| Tickets and service requests | Your PSA | Nothing. It does not touch them |
| Agreements and billing | Your PSA | Nothing. It does not touch them |
| Quotes | Your quoting tool or PSA | Nothing. It does not build quotes |
| Deals, stages, and next steps | Your CRM | Keeps them current after your OK |
| Call notes | Your CRM | Drafts them from the call for your OK |
| Follow-up emails | Your inbox | Drafts them and sends after your OK |
| Onboarding handoff | Your CRM, then your PSA | Drafts the kickoff email, plan, and notes. Your team sets up the PSA |
The handoff is where the two systems meet. When a deal closes, Go Fig has the kickoff email, onboarding plan, and account notes ready. Setting up the new client in your PSA is still your team's step.
Approval
Does anything send without your approval?
Not unless you say so. Approval is set per agent and per action. Every team starts with everything waiting for its OK and graduates what it trusts.
Everything waits for your OK
Every draft, note, and update waits in the Feed, Slack, or email. Approve it, edit it, or skip it.
Let what you trust run on its own
Pick one task at a time. Logging a note can run on its own while client emails still wait for you.
Take it back anytime
Any task you let run on its own can go back to waiting for your OK whenever you want.
Writing back to your tools is a separate switch. An admin turns it on for your company, then for each tool. A personal inbox or CRM login also needs its owner's OK.
Every change Go Fig makes in your tools is recorded in a log your team can review.
Security
Is Go Fig secure enough for an MSP?
Your clients trust you with their systems. Your sales tools should clear the same bar.
Go Fig only reads until you let it write. Celeste, Go Fig's AI analyst, can look at your data to answer a question but can't change or delete anything.
Email addresses, phone numbers, Social Security numbers, and credit card numbers are removed before data reaches an AI provider. They're removed again before you see a response.
We only use AI providers' paid business plans, and their terms say your data isn't used for training. Every AI interaction is logged on every plan.
Data from the apps you connect is stored in Google Cloud in the United States, in storage only your company can reach.
Enterprise customers can request the SOC 2 report itself under NDA. On any plan, email [email protected] for a summary of how we protect data and written answers to your security questions.

Does Go Fig replace ConnectWise, Autotask, or HaloPSA?
No. Your PSA keeps running tickets, agreements, and billing. Go Fig works the sales pipeline in HubSpot or Salesforce beside it.
Does Go Fig connect to our PSA?
Not today. There is no ConnectWise, Autotask, or HaloPSA connector. Go Fig works in your CRM and inbox, and your team moves a closed deal into the PSA the way it does now.
Does it work with HubSpot?
Yes, on every HubSpot plan. Go Fig reads your deals, contacts, companies, and their activity. Every change it wants to make waits for your OK.
Does it work with Salesforce?
Yes. It reads accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, tasks, meetings, and cases. Custom objects, like the renewals or projects your admin built, are added on request.

What is the best AI tool for sales pipeline hygiene at an MSP?
