Keep every deal moving while you run the MSP

Go Fig connects the CRM, inbox, calendar, and call notes beside your PSA into one private intelligence layer. Then AI agents follow up, keep the pipeline current, and brief you before every QBR, with a person approving every email before it goes out.

Your PSA runs the service desk, and sales still runs through you

New business still rides on your relationships. The follow-up, the pipeline, and the QBR prep land on the few people who also run the business.

New clients depend on the owner

You're the main salesperson and the closer. Every follow-up you owe competes with running the firm.

Go Fig answers the emails that need a reply, drafts the follow-up after every call, and checks in with the referral partners and past clients who have gone quiet. You approve and it's done.

Email follow-up Meeting follow-up Keep in touch Daily brief

Go Fig doesn't find new clients. It keeps the referrals, warm contacts, and open deals you already have from stalling while you're busy.

The PSA can't run the pipeline

A PSA is built for tickets, agreements, and billing. Deals end up in a CRM nobody updates, a spreadsheet, or your head, and nobody sees which ones went quiet.

Each day Go Fig checks every open deal for a missed close date, no next step, or no recent activity, and stages the one action that moves it. It chases unsigned contracts and keeps each lead's status current from what they wrote. Celeste, Go Fig's AI analyst, answers questions about the pipeline.

Your deals need to live in HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Attio, or Go High Level. Deals kept only in the PSA wait for the ConnectWise PSA, Autotask PSA, and HaloPSA connectors, which are coming soon. Quotes stay in your quoting tool.

See it work

QBR prep eats the account team's week

The quarterly business review is where renewals and upsells happen, and getting ready for each one takes hours your team doesn't have.

Before each client meeting, Go Fig writes a short brief from your CRM and email: the open deals, the latest notes and tasks, what you last emailed about, and three things to raise. After the meeting it drafts the follow-up, the note, and the next invite.

Meeting prep Meeting follow-up

Ticket, SLA, and device data stay in your PSA and RMM, so the service report is still yours to pull. The brief covers the relationship.

The handoff and the numbers, handled too

When a client signs, the agents brief your service team and welcome the client. Dashboards and Celeste show the pipeline and the books side by side.

Every new client handed to the service team

When a deal closes won or the agreement is signed, Go Fig drafts the handoff to your service team with what was sold, what was promised, and who the client's contacts are. It drafts the client's welcome or kickoff invite too, and both wait for your OK.

Won-deal kickoff

The handoff reaches your team by email. Go Fig doesn't set up the client, the agreement, or the onboarding tickets in your PSA.

The pipeline and the books in one view

Dashboards and Celeste, Go Fig's AI analyst, read your CRM and QuickBooks or Zoho Books together. Ask how this quarter's new business compares with last quarter's, and the answer shows where each number came from.

Ticket, SLA, and device data live in your PSA and RMM, so the dashboards leave them out. Connectors for ConnectWise PSA, Autotask PSA, and HaloPSA are coming soon.

Works in the systems beside your PSA

Go Fig reads and writes where your sales team already works. Your PSA keeps running service delivery.

Your books

When a project deal is won, Go Fig can draft its invoice in QuickBooks or Zoho Books for your OK. Recurring agreement billing stays in your PSA.

What we can show you today

Vertech is a Go Fig customer.

We've seen the funnel stop leaking deals, and that meant more wins and a higher close rate.

From first call to agents at work

Map

A solutions engineer maps your systems, how your team sells, and which agents should go first.

Connect

Your CRM, inbox, calendar, and call notes connect beside your PSA, which stays as it is.

Deploy

The first agents go live with every action waiting for a person to approve it.

Grow

CRM updates, notes, and tasks you trust run on their own, emails still wait for a person, and new agents go where the work is.

Questions MSP owners ask first

Does Go Fig connect to ConnectWise PSA, Autotask PSA, and HaloPSA?

Not yet. Connectors for ConnectWise PSA, Autotask PSA, and HaloPSA are coming soon. Today Go Fig works in the CRM, inbox, calendar, and call notes beside your PSA, and tickets, agreements, and billing stay where they are.

Will Go Fig find us new clients?

No. Go Fig works the referrals, warm contacts, and open deals you already have, so none of them stall while you're busy. Finding new prospects is a marketing job, and we're glad to point you to a partner who does it.

What do the agents need to run?

A CRM and a mailbox: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Attio, or Go High Level, plus Gmail or Outlook. If your deals live only in the PSA today, the pipeline agents have nothing to work on until the deals move to a CRM or the PSA connectors ship.

Who approves what the agents do?

Your team. Every draft, update, and invite waits in the Go Fig Feed or in Slack for a person to approve it, edit it, or skip it. Only internal record updates, like CRM fields, notes, and tasks, can be set to run on their own, and you can take that back anytime. Emails, invites, and anything else that leaves the building always wait for a person.

Does Go Fig replace our PSA or our quoting tool?

No. Your PSA keeps running tickets, agreements, and billing, and quotes stay in the tool you build them in. Go Fig keeps the sales side of each account moving.

Will it pass our security review?

The hosted service is SOC 2 Type II audited, and your data is never used to train AI models. Our trust center and Data Processing Agreement are ready for your review.

How is Go Fig priced?

As a subscription on a two- or three-year term, plus a one-time implementation fee. A solutions engineer scopes both with you on a briefing, once we know your team and your systems.
