Capture your data.
Then put it to work.
Go Fig is an AI advisory firm. We capture the data your business already generates into infrastructure you own, then build agents on top of it. Agents with skills that read your data, fire on a schedule or a signal, and either do the work or queue the recommended action for your approval.
Start with your sales system. Book a free discovery session and a senior advisor will map where your data lives, where the work piles up, and which agents would take it off your team.
The agents we build
Every agent is custom, built on your data and your process. These are the four that sales teams ask for first.
The signal agent
Funding rounds, exec hires, and product launches at your target accounts. The agent watches for them, drafts the outreach with the hook already in it, and queues it for the rep to approve.
The pipeline hygiene agent
Every night it finds the deals with no next step, no activity in two weeks, or a close date already in the past. It posts the list to the owner and, once you approve the rule, fixes the fields itself.
The post-call agent
The recording lands and the agent pulls out pain, requirements, and next steps, writes them to the CRM, and drafts the follow-up. Your reps stop paying the twenty minute admin tax on every call.
The high-intent agent
A known visitor lands on pricing. The agent matches them to the CRM, drafts the outreach, and alerts the rep within the hour, instead of surfacing it in next quarter's report.
After a decade building the data systems behind decisions at Square, Capital One, and Oportun, Nathan started Go Fig to do one thing well: capture what a business already generates, then put agents on top of it that do real work. Most companies do not have an AI problem. They have a data problem wearing an AI costume, and no amount of tooling fixes it from the outside. Every Go Fig engagement is senior-led and built for the company it runs in. None of them are a product you configure yourself.

How an agent actually works
It reads your data, not a summary of it
Agents query the same governed model your dashboards and your spreadsheets run on: full history, every connected system, every value traceable back to the record that produced it. Not a chat window with a handful of rows pasted into the prompt.
It wakes up on your schedule, or on a signal
A cron, a webhook, or a change in the data itself. The agent is watching the pipeline so nobody on your team has to remember to check. The work starts the moment the trigger fires, not the next time someone opens the report.
It acts, or it asks
Every action is autonomous or approval-gated, and you decide which, per agent. Start everything in approval mode, watch what it drafts for a few weeks, and graduate the actions you trust. Approvals land in Slack or email, where your team already works.
It leaves a trail
Every read, every action, every approval is logged. You can always answer why an agent did what it did, which is the first question your revenue leader will ask and the first question your auditor will ask.
Agents are only as good as the data underneath them
Most AI agents are a chat window with an API bolted on the side. Ours run on infrastructure we build and operate for you: every system captured into one place you own, modeled, governed, and traceable back to the source.
Capture
We connect the systems your business already runs on: CRM, ERP, accounting, support, product, bank, warehouse, and spreadsheets. The data lands in one place, and you own it.
Model and govern
Role-based access, full audit trails, and lineage on every value. Your data stays inside your own security and compliance boundaries, is never handed to a public chatbot, and never trains an outside model.
Put it to work
Dashboards, live reporting, spreadsheet sync, and direct access from the tools your team already uses. The same layer your agents read from, so people and agents are never looking at different numbers.
Run it with you
We stay. A senior advisor tunes the agents against what your team approves and rejects, builds the next one, and owns the system in production alongside you.
What is manual sales admin actually costing you?
Every hour a rep spends updating the CRM and chasing follow-ups is an hour they are not selling. Move the sliders to see the bill.
for 104 weeks of seller time spent on work an agent could be doing.
Book a discovery sessionWe'll find that time in your actual sales system. No slideware.
What we build underneath
The agents get the attention. This is the part that makes them work, and it is yours.
Data Capture
Every system your business runs on, pulled into one place you own. CRM, ERP, accounting, support, product, bank, and the spreadsheets nobody will give up.
Agent Skills AI
The library of things an agent knows how to do, extended and tuned for your process during the engagement.
Triggers & Schedules
Cron, webhook, or a change in the data itself. Agents fire when the work appears, not when someone remembers to check.
Approval Queues
Recommended actions land in Slack or email for a human to approve. Graduate an agent to autonomous once you trust it.
Audit Trails
Every read, action, and approval logged. Always answer why an agent did what it did.
Custom Dashboards
Live reporting on the same governed data your agents read from. People and agents never see different numbers.
Anomaly Alerts
Get notified the moment a metric breaks pattern, the day it happens rather than at the end of the month.
Spreadsheet Sync
Bi-directional sync keeps the models your team already built running on live data.
Direct Data Access MCP
Pull any metric, any cut, any period straight into Excel or your AI surface of choice. No CSV export, no waiting on an analyst to write SQL.
Write-back to Source MCP
Agents and people push updates back to the system of record, so the work does not dead-end in a report.
Access Controls
Role-based access, full audit trails, SSO, and MFA. SOC 2 Type II certified. Agents see only what you let them see.

Frequently Asked Questions
What an agent is, who approves what it does, and what an engagement with us actually looks like.
What is Go Fig?
Go Fig is an AI advisory firm. We design, build, and run custom AI systems for companies that have plenty of data and no reliable way to act on it. Every engagement starts by capturing your data into infrastructure you own, then puts agents on top of it: agents with skills that read that data, fire on a schedule or a trigger, and either do the work or queue the recommended action for your approval.
What is an agent, exactly?
Three parts. Skills are what the agent knows how to do, like reading your pipeline, drafting outreach, or updating a CRM record. Triggers are when it wakes up, which is either a schedule or a change in your data. Actions are what it does when it gets there, either on its own or queued for a person to approve. It is not a chatbot you have to remember to open. It runs whether or not anyone is watching.
Will an agent email my customers without me?
Only if you tell it to. Every action is either autonomous or approval-gated, and you set that per agent and per action. Most teams start with everything in approval mode: the agent drafts, a person clicks send, and you graduate the actions you trust once you have watched them for a few weeks.
How is this different from buying an AI tool?
A tool ships the same thing to everyone and leaves the integration, the data modeling, and the maintenance to you. We build the system for your business, on your data, and stay to run it. There is nothing to configure yourself, and nothing that quietly stops working because your data does not look like the vendor's demo.
What if an agent gets something wrong?
Every read, action, and approval is logged, so you can trace exactly what the agent saw and why it did what it did. Approval mode means a person catches mistakes before they leave the building. We tune the agent against what your team approves and rejects, so the things you correct once stop happening.
What does an engagement look like?
It starts with a free discovery session on your sales system. From there a senior advisor scopes the build, we capture your data into infrastructure you own, and your first agent is in production inside 30 days. Then we stay: tuning what is running, building the next agent, and operating the system with you. Engagements are custom, so scope drives the shape.
What systems do you connect to?
100+ sources including Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Excel, and Google Sheets. If you need something we do not have, we build the connector, typically within two weeks.
How do you handle data security?
SOC 2 Type II certified with TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 at rest. Role-based access controls mean each team and each agent sees only what it should. Comprehensive audit logs track every change, and your data is never pasted into a public chatbot or used to train an AI model.
Does Go Fig use my data to train AI models?
No. Your data is never used to train an outside AI model and never pasted into a public chatbot. Every agent runs on your data, inside your own environment, governed by role-based access and full audit trails. AI helps on your terms, and the data stays yours.
How much does an engagement cost?
It depends on scope: which systems we are capturing, how complex your data is, how many agents you want running, and how much senior involvement you need to keep them running. Every engagement bundles the data capture, the modeling, the agent build, and the ongoing operation. Book a discovery session and we will scope it against your actual sales system.
